What the hell man.. (ban request)

Okay, so today, 7/8/13, I was on the server with my friend xXDerpasaurasXx. Dazinga came on, and me and derp were just chattin and mining and then we were talking about enchanting tables.. Then dazing offerend me bookshelves and an enchantment table. I had told him earlier I didn't want him in my base (aka my mancave) because I don't want people in there and setting up homes and stuff and then having to remove them because its in the way, then causing trouble. ANYWAYS so im kinda like in a 'high' sugar drunk mode lol right now so excuse my poor grammar. So being stupid enough I accepted his tp request first THEN tele'd to spawn and so I went back and then he gave me the stuff, and then he was just hanging around for a bit. then when I was placing down the bookshelves n stuff he came down to my mob grinder room and started hitting derp.. derp and I just took it as a joke and so we just continued with our stuff.. but then he started breaking blocks everywhere (which are now replaced) and kept hitting us. Txt was on at the time but he's on vacation in spain currently so he has a lot of lag and lost conn a lot so he doesn't know much of what happened. So then we started getting pissed at dazinga so I hit him and then he started hitting me with sword.. then we got into a hueg fight, then txt stopped it.. Derp and I lived with half a heart. But then txt tped him to spawn but he set his home so he came right back. Then he tried to kill us, we died a bunch of times.. then as all this had been going on, derp said the following via steam: 9:12 AM - =WFr=Derpasaur: who da onwe?

And so derp has quit the server because of daz and we both lost our stuff. I did a lot of cussing in game chat and I am sorry for doing this, I hope I don't get punished, I understand its against the rules but dazinga was taking advantage of PVP in chick3nland. I also request that my mancave can be worldguarded with the following people on it: xXDerpasaurasXx , me obviously and tbanana545, roboduck360 and if any other come to mind i'll let you know.

Ok so anyways I thank you for you time to read this post and I would hope that dazinga gets banned, and dazinga if you are reading this I know you gave me some of my stuff but that was some random stuff that wasn't mine and now derp says he won't be coming back because of you, even if ur banned.. And when I say I hope he gets banned, I mean PERMA BANNED (he's been banned 3 times perma but then got unbanned..) Also whoever reads this (like chick3n or another mod) plz add derp on steam and talk to him about this..

You did not give back all of the items. I had many misc items, (5 stacks of stone bricks, 8 stacks of grass, all the rest with cobblestone and about 2 stacks of birch logs..)
