Also he mutes people for no reason He say's he's above the rules. and he can change them if he wants.

The moderators constantly keep in contact about what is happening on the server. If someone is kicked/banned then it is for a reason. If the rules are followed and warnings are observed, then there shouldn't be any problems.

No he doesn't do it for a reason. I don't know if it's blue or he's Ex. How is killing an Enderfriend a reason to Mute?
